Born and raised in Arlington, Massachusetts, Brian is back in the Boston area and lives in Natick MA with his adorable daughter Winnie. In the past, Brian moved to Boca Raton Florida to attend Florida Atlantic University where he was the Director of Marketing for the Student Government’s Administrative Cabinet and started FAU’s club hockey team. After a decade living and working in Florida, Brian moved across the country to San Diego where he changed careers to Real Estate and Finance and started working as a Loan Officer. Brian received his California Real Estate license in addition to his Nationwide Loan originator’s license. Also Brian has acquired his Massachusetts and Florida Loan originator’s license to network his lasting relationships across the country from locations where he has worked in the past.

Brian’s passions are his daughter and family, friends, going to see live music, and keeping active with running, hockey, skiing, and traveling (hopefully with a beach or mountains involved).

Brian has specialized in originating residential loans for over half a decade. He has extensive home loan product experience with new home purchases, refinances, FHA, and VA mortgages. Davina is a California native she grew up in Central/ Northern California. As young adult she moved to Southern California and started a successful business and raised her family. In 2013 she changed careers and went into the real estate/mortgage service industry.

Davina’s goal is to provide her clients with extraordinary service through two guiding principles; integrity and transparency. She is able to demonstrate this to her clients by making certain that every borrower is well-educated, well-informed and has the resources available in order to choose the loan programs that best suits their individual needs. Randall has been a mortgage professional since 2002. A southern California native, Randall began his career in the mortgage industry with a direct to consumer lender in 2002. The first 6 years of his professional career he worked in many aspects of the mortgage ranging from loan origination, loan processing and running the companies training department. During the refinance boom of the mid 2000’s Randall was promoted to V.P. of Operations. During this time he oversaw companywide sales teams, processing groups, training and IT departments. It was during this time that he was able to piece together all his previous experience and knowledge.

In 2012 Randall created loanenvy.com. Now joined by business partner Sydney Andrews. The goal of becoming his own mortgage broker was one he had for many years, wanting to be his own boss. He wanted to take more time with each client, completing fewer loans and offering more one on one service to each client. Born in Santa Monica and raised all over the westside of Los Angeles, Wen has been a licensed real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Wen graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiological Science in 1993 and then earned his Masters in Real Estate Development at USC in 2005.

Wen primarily spends his time with his family and friends. When he’s not working, he’s out hiking, exploring the Sierras, doing yoga, playing basketball with his buddies or learning about spirits (the alcoholic kind).
